• Accident reports will be written up on a case by case basis

• Reports will ALWAYS be written for head injuries, and bites that break the skin

​

• We will try to have the report ready for your signature at pick up. However, if the accident happens just before pick up or we can not safely sit down to write it, it will be written after we close that evening. Please keep in mind the safety of the children comes before the report
