Your child can attend if:​

• Your child has had breakfast. A small snack will be served shortly after arrival.

• Your child is well enough to participate in ALL the childcare activities.

• Your child doesn't have a fever, vomiting, diarrhea, unknown rash or contagious illness.

• Your child is able to eat and drink normally.

• Your child can breath with little to no problems.

• Your child doesn't have a bad cough. (Stops your child or other children from napping, stops your child from participating in childcare activities).

• Your child is dressed for the day.

• Your child has a clean diaper on (clean when you left the house).

 

DROP OFFS

• Drop offs are to be done quickly. However, please make sure you say good-bye. NEVER leave without your child knowing. This will cause your child distress.

• The Provider will help your child remove any coats, boots etc.

• You are responsible for your child until you leave.

• If you show up after the scheduled drop off time, please make sure to keep in contact with the provider via phone in the instance that we are out in the community. You may be asked to wait outdoor by the premises or meet us.

 

Drop off Time:
If your child has an appointment, it is expected that the appointment time will be made so that there will only be one drop off and pick up. Late day appointments are encouraged. If you drop off after 8:30am, without notifying us in advance we cannot guarantee we will be in. 

Out of respect for all the children in our care please refrain from dropping off or pick up during nap time (approx. 1:00 PM-3:00 PM). If you need to pick up during this time please notify us and we can work something out.

 

PICK UPS

• If you have any questions or concerns you may speak with the provider before leaving.

• If you have other children with you they are your responsibility and they are NOT to enter the sanitized play areas or to play. You are responsible for your child once you arrive.

 

ACCESS TO CHILD/PREMISES

Access to your child:
The parents/legal guardians legally can pick up their child at anytime while the child is in care. 

The only time we can stop a parent/legal guardian is if we have a copy of a court order.
